Refund policy

All baked goods are final sale and cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at TooSweetsBakery@gmail.com . Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll gladly provide a refund or replacement for qualifying issues.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, unless already baked or shipped.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
