Too Sweets Bakery website is operated by After Party Sweets & Treats LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Availability
All of our baked goods are made fresh. Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders if ingredients or stock are not available.

Ordering & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • We accept all major credit cards and other payment options offered at checkout.

  • Once placed, orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours, unless already baked or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed after the cut-off will ship on the next shipping day.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any allergic reactions. Ingredients are listed, but it is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and allergens before ordering.
